WaiWai Stirfry

Well wai wai is an all time favourite snacks among all the nepalese people. And its my favourite too. It can be cooked in so many ways. We can munch it straight from the packet. We can stirfry it. We can make a soup. And it taste awesome each time :)

Yesterday I made this quick and easy wai wai noodles stirfry. And it was super delicious.
Less than 15 minutes and its ready ...

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Packet waiwai
  • 2 baby pak choi
  • 1/2 cup boiled kidney beans
  • 1 tbsp soysauce
  • Finely chopped coriander

METHOD
  1. Boil wai wai, drain.
  2. Heat the pan, drizzle some oil and fry your noodles.
  3. Add kidney beans and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add pak choi and cook another 1 minute.
  5. Add soysauce.
  6. Add all the seasoning powder from wai wai packet.
  7. Garnish with coriander.
